sorry but that is a really carp excuse, not you just the whole customer service thing, they should be grateful they have jobs... standards should not slip due to personal thoughts on the customer
Yep it certainly is but it doesn't stop them from tarring everyone with the same brush. I suppose it's like Health Centre receptionists. Has anyone else noticed how unhelpful they are? I deal with a lot of them through my work and I'm no longer astounded by their cheek!0
