Hoseasons Double Bookings

Hi can anyone give me some advice please - Booked a log cabin with hoseasons at a great price for new year then got call from them next day to say they had adviertised certain units in error and it was a double booking now. They are offering me a refund but i have booked holidays at work which i cant now change. Anyone know how i stand with this, should they offer me something else and they pay any difference in price? cheers:(:(

    Have just been reading their booking conditions and think number 8 means basically they can cancel and just offer you a full refund. I would still however explain your situation and see if they can do something as a gesture of goodwill.
