sportsdirect.com,terrible customer service

on weds 18 oct i made a online purchase from sportsdirect.
the next day i received an email with a tracker number saying the item had been collected by the courier.
the item was scanned in manchester on 20 oct by the courier,and thats where the trail goes dead.after half a dozen emails between myself and the courier they have finally admitted its lost and for me to contact sportsdirect.
the problem is now that the only contact sports direct give is an email address,after explaining the problem,all iv received is 3 automated emails giving my tracker number,which is now useless.
ill never deal with this company again,i dont know what else to do.
