Done the usuall and typed it in google and seen that there were alot of people having the same problem.
Seem to be a system issue when it happened to me but my point was that i never gave them authorisation to take money out and if i never had the money in the account i would have also been charged.
untill then i thought they were good and had bout quite a few things well not bought lol but some free stuff.
Anyways i know what you meant not to instantly dismiss them but just after the experience i had i just use a local place.

The exact same thing happened to me. I didn't know what VP Rewards was, so when I googled it I found loads of topics about people ordering from VistaPrint and getting lumbered with it.
When i called them they just removed it.
