Rubber stamp, business cards etc FREE but you pay P&P

Options
I got a leaflet in my latest Amazon order from VistaPrint, who are offering a range of personalised stationery freebies - you just pay P&P on any you ask for.

Expires 31/01/2007.

Go to:
https://www.vistaprint.co.uk/amazon43

or

https://www.vistaprint.co.uk/amazon44

I just ordered a rubber stamp with ink pad, 250 business cards and a pad of sticky notes - all personalised. Paid £8.20 postage but think it's worth it - made me get around to getting some stationery for my little cottage industry!

Also, when I got my confirmation order it had a 20% discount offer on my next purchase.

Got to watch with Vistaprint mate.

they will automatically opt you in for a promotion called VPREWARDS, This happened to me even though i ticked the box not to be added.

They then take out £9.99 a month out your bank account that you paid for your postage on.

They state that this service provides you with vouchers and other stuff but you never recieve anything and the company can hardly be found on teh website that shows up on your bank statement.

Anyways if you call and complain you do get your money back but some prople have not even noticed this untill 6 months down the line when they are now a total of £60 short.

I WOULD STAY CLEAR OF VISTAPRINT!!!!!!!!

Hiya, i'm a vistaprint fan too, they do excellent deals, i never "pay" for my items as they do so many free offers via email all the time. A little tip I learnt from another MSE'er... (although im not sure if it has a "minimum order value", even if it's free if you get me).... add all your free things to basket, then add a free rubber stamp. When it asks you if you want a spare ink pad for 99p, say YES. Quite often adding one paid for item to your order drastically reduces your postage costs.

Here's the original thread where I learnt the tip, used it on the weekend fine too :)

I've used Vistaprint for a couple of years now (at least) and never had a problem with being added to any paid promotion.... thats not to say it hasn't happened, but im not sure how widespread the problem is  i know a few people who use it, they've never had issues either... obviously keep an eye on statements just in case, but i wouldn't dismiss them instantly!

Yeah i did use them mate but then when i checked and seen my bank statements and noticed https://www.vprewards.com £9.99

    just wonder !!!!!! is that.

Done the usuall and typed it in google and seen that there were alot of people having the same problem.

Seem to be a system issue when it happened to me but my point was that i never gave them authorisation to take money out and if i never had the money in the account i would have also been charged.

untill then i thought they were good and had bout quite a few things well not bought lol but some free stuff.

Anyways i know what you meant not to instantly dismiss them but just after the experience i had i just use a local place.

    Thanks!

I've had this on a Company Amex account for months now and not known what it was. Looks like I can have a go now.
    Can I help?

very lucrative scam they have set up there, And they get away with by stating that you have signed up for a subscription service!

Which they never send you any information about lol,

Anyways you should get your money back if you call them>

  • i used vistaprint in 2006 and wont ever be using them again, the reason?

the amount of junk email they send you, i have recieved no less than 12 emails from them in the past 4 weeks promoting there so call 'free stuff'.

    never again

stampsdirect.co.uk are better (simillar prices and have FREE delivery! :)

Just one other thing rubber stamps no matter from where you buy them are made by one company only called COLOP.

I had some stuff from them in the past, excellent quality considering you only pay p & p.

I have to disagree about the spam - no offers in twelve months - been gutted - so I am pleased to see this offer on here!
