Adjusting p&p depending on country

I sell magazines on ebay at the moment and my standard p&p for abroad is £4.00.
Is there a way to make it more fair to the customers?
If I sent to Sweden or Spain it only cost me £1.30 but if I sell to USA or Australia I find it cost around £3.50.
How can I get around this without overcharging customers?
Or is there a way to adjust the p&p on the invoice before they pay?

Look in either your turbo lister or on your template if you list direct on ebay. You have the facility to add extra options for postage, just indicate which countries apply to which shipping. I have all my auctions set up so that if a non UK buyer wants to check the postage for their country they can just indicate in a drop down box where they are (generally for instance.just Europe, or the US for instance) and it tells them the rate I am charging. It also gets picked up automatically on the invoice so they can pay the moment they go through checkout.

Thanks soolin. I'll have a look at that. Do you know if it works the same with Auctiva? I downloaded the program yesterday and are hoping to get my listings done that way.

Sorry, can't help with Auctiva, but I thought it usually mimicked the ebay system so there must be a facility somewhere.
