If something bought on ebay turns out to be nothing like advertised I.E. say a size has been given of 25" x 25" and turns out to be 25cm x 25cm.

You would contact the seller first to ask for a refund, send the thing back if they agree straight away. If not, raise a dispute reporting "not as described" via paypal and send the item back TRACKED when told to by paypal.In deep...0
