Hi folks .newbie here ,ive been thinking about it quite a while, i cannot workfulltime due to ill health but might be able to do some part time work .im 58 i have a morgage 15k so im thinking i might sell my house £155k .
where do you think the best place would be to invest £100k so i would make enough interest to go towards paying rent (380pcm)on a house.cheers .
