Ikea faulty wardrobe door

Thanks everyone for your replies. We are phoning back after midday as all managers were in a meeting when we called earlier. I will try quoting some of that to them and see where I get. Maybe it will help to mention to them I intended to buy rest of furniture from them over the coming weeks. It is annoying also as the flipping distribution centre is only about 20 minutes away !

Just thought I'd update you all. We phoned back and said straight away we had been told earlier that we either had to drive there or pay the delivery, but that we were not going to do that. Didn't even have to mention the SOGA, and this guy said OK fine. New door coming on Thursday !! And no delivery charge !!

thats good, i personally think it depends who you speak too on the phone to what you get and this time of year they employ a lot of temp xmas staff who will do everything by the book, while and old hand will bend over backwards to help.
