On my business account I open a NPB after 4 days and close after 7 days (unless someone contacts me to say that they will be paying late)
On my private account I have not set up the non paying assistant, just this morning have emailed someone who bought something on the 21st to ask whether she wants to cancel, today is the 27th so I have waited long enough!
Will probably open a NPB very soon if she does not reply...0 -
I usually wait 7 days for payment, then report them as a NPB0

I have mine opened automatically after 4 days, the time ebay says you have to wait, then close it 4 days after.0

I open on day 4 and close 4 days later. 8 days is plenty long enough to payI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I would wait 7 days min and 14 max, I would of course have emailed in that time to see what is going on as I think payment has a lot with the type of items you sell. Some people bid on something that is hard to find as they might not have another chance and work payment out after. Regular items have a more normal selling/payment pattern. 4 days is a bit harsh in my view.0

What you chose to do is a personal decision.tigeress289 wrote: »I would wait 7 days min and 14 max, I would of course have emailed in that time to see what is going on as I think payment has a lot with the type of items you sell. But, be mindful you still need to add another 4 days on, after the NPB is open.0
