    TopCashback is well known on this site and is very reputable, I registered on there myself for cashback.

    giffgaff (which I am also a customer of) is owned by Telefonica, who also own O2. Telefonica is the third biggest mobile telecommunications company in the world, and they're also very reputable.

    Nothing to fear from either sites.
