Wilkinson - great customer service!

Just wanted to say how pleased I am with the customer service from Wilkinson.
I bought something from them last week and after I'd eaten it I noticed it was 4 month past its best before date.
I emailed them through their website and I've just recieved a really nice email from them apologising and reassuring me that this was a one-off. They're going to send me a voucher or something (which I didn't ask for) but I was just really pleased with the way the email was written - made me feel like a valued customer.
