CCJs will be on your credit reports, and Charging orders will be on the land registry. You can also search the public register for CCJs and chargings orders.

Good evening,
You can do your own search of the Register for County Court Judgments online with the trustonline site So far as a Charging Order is concerned any application would have been made via the County Court and you would have been invited in at the interim order stage and at the final order stage to argue it. Once the order is granted it would have been registered with HM Land Registry and they would have written to you also. If you don't have any original paperwork from the County Court quoting a case number they will find it hard to locate the file and will charge you accordingly or refer you to the Land Registry. It will probably be quicker to simply apply for a set of Office Copy Entries from the Land Registry.

... and Payplan are OK. Just don't let them sell you any optional insurance or take their advice about utility switches.0
