Yahoo mail playing up - anyone else got problems

I'm not able to send any emails at the moment, although I'm still receiving them - just in the last half hour or so. I'm getting the "we're experiencing technical difficulties" message when I try to send anything.

I cant get into my Yahoo mail it started around lunch time yesterday Oct 27th and is still playing up I am getting the same message "We experiencing technical difficulties" error 560
