John Lewis have altered the terms in the past so hope that this is OK.
We’re giving two lucky winners the opportunity to win a Philips 42 inch 3D TV with built-in Freeview HD and 2x pairs of 3D glasses worth £999.
To be in with a chance of winning please enter your details below before midnight Friday 4 November. Terms and conditions apply.
Entrants must be residents in the UK and over the age of 18 but not employees or agents of John Lewis plc (or a member of their family) or anyone else connected with the promotion. Entrants can only enter the competition once. Automated or bulk entries will not be accepted. No liability will be accepted for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed in transit. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. There will be two winners who will each receive a Philips 42PFL7666T LED HD 1080p 3D TV 42 inch with built-in Freeview HD & 2x 3D glasses worth £999 (http://www.johnlewis.com/231218263/Product.aspx). The prizes do not include the payment of taxes or incidental expenses associated with claiming the prize, which will be the responsibility of the winners. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and there are no cash alternatives. If the prize is not available, an equivalent product of equal or greater value will be offered. John Lewis Plc’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be the first two entries selected at random from all entries received by the closing date. John Lewis reserves the right to substitute the prize for another prize of equal or greater value, should the need reasonably arise. Competition closes at midnight on Friday 4 November 2011
