You should be ok but remember to put any conditional spends (like the sun £5 off £40) through first and I find its best to hand them over one at a time - the s.a are always a bit flustered if someone just hand over 5 or 6 at the same time. :money:

Yes I think you can aslong as you spend over £40.. but you do not recieve any change from double up vouchers, so say you had £50 worth of champers, you could use £20vouch doubled to £40, £5 off sun voucher,£3 voucher and jtd vouch(lets say 1.99)
you would have to pay the remainder - 1p :)

Quick question if anyone can help. I have printed off my vouchers but as ive collected £148 points and £183 xmas savers there are 5 pages of vouchers I had to print. Thing is my ink started running out near the end and the last 2 vouchers are very light. The barcode is very clear though and dark so easy to scan its just the rest of the voucher thats unreadable, will this be ok to use?
  • awww thanks

Can someone please help me out? I am trying to get my head round this exchange!

If I want to buy something that is £19.50, and I exchange £10 for £20. I know they don't give change and am willing to forgo the 50p but would they allow that or do I have to pay with £10 voucher and £9.50 by some other means?

When you exchange online, they give you a choice of whether you want to use the voucher in store or online. If I choose store, and find that the store has none in stock, can I then use the voucher online or do i have to get a refund and start all over again?

If I choose to use the voucher in store, can i add the item (small electrical goods) to my normal shopping so that I can use the till spit voucher of £6 off £50 spend or do the electrical items have to be purchased at a different desk - ie the direct counter.

    Thanks for any help.
  • Does anyone know if the small/personal electrics include ipods? It doesn't say it does but it doesn't say it doesn't............ lol

No, you can use both of the vouchers.

What you get back seems to differ by where you shop!

yeah should be ok aslong as you can read the numbers on the barcode.. they can be inputted manually if the barcode doesnt scan

I think they are wrong too, I am sure you can use them together, as I said before aslong as your total shop is over..
    buy 2 champers for £38
buy another cheap bottle included in the double up fine wines and champagne eg £12..
total £50.. pay with £40doubled up vouchers, £5off40 sun vouch, £3 off voucher, and you pay whats left.. eg £2 in this case
