  • Oh no ! got really excited when i saw the photo of the starter pack on there too , been hanging on all day ,dont want to exchange my vouchers if cant get this - im after the PS3 starter pack . Also states "skylanders Range" should have just put skylanders figures if that only what you can use them on , so it's not the 'range' at all is it ??!!!! How annoying !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I think T's will have to honour the skylander starter set because of the picture and logo shown. They have made a mistake and it may require people powere, but you should be able to get them to bend! Trading standards and Watchdog will be interested in this otherwise.

    BTW, what is skylander all about? Never heard of it!!

    Spyro game, and you put the little figures on the special platform and they appear in the game :)

    Everything will be ok in the end, and if it isn't ok then it isn't the end :)

    It will be the Skylanders, they are aware of the errors with them but don't seem to be in a hurry to correct them. I am hoping that it will be sorted tomorrow cos I have exchanged some vouchers for the figures but have not been able to use them yet.

    Oh no, I ordered mine a couple of weeks ago at 3 x £40 to get ahead of the game before the rush.
    Actually one of them went missing and I spoke to them yesterday and completed an indemnity form - so I wonder if they'll send me £15 or £20 now. Might be worth a phone call?
    Next year I'll try harder NOT to be so organised!!!

    I sent a message via Facebook to Tesco re the Skylanders and they have responded with the following:

    Hi, the skylanders are included but there was a problem on the website but it should be all up and running now. Hope this helps. Katie-Leigh Customer care.

    So I have just tried again but its still not letting me buy them, Tesco really need to sort themselves out !!

    They really do! Why do I get the feeling that half the customer care team on Facebook just keep looking at their promo stuff to answer questions, rather than actually looking into issues!
