We went at the end of Feb last year and the weather hot during the day but need a cardi at night. If you go on to https://www.holiday-truth.com and go on to the discussion forums then on Lazarote you will find plenty of info.We are going out again at the end of Feb again to PDC . Look at the webcam. You might also get info about the apartments you have seen by the people that have been there
  • I stayed at the Balcon del Mar apartments in November: very cheap (around £100) and pretty big too: most have a good view of the sea. It's a 2 star so not the height of luxury, but I was pleasantly surprised. There are also loads of cats there, which is great if you like cats:

A search on tripadvisor or go2spain.com would probably be useful for price comparisons to thomsons.

Oh, and weather was pretty good in November, though we did have one or two grey days.

We went to Playa Blanca April time last year. Stayed in the apartments sun beach. They were very good and reasonable. But you should check up your chosen accomodation on site such as holidays uncovered. Things can change quickly in these places.

Playa Blanca was lovely, quiet, good restaurants, nice beach. It's a nice island because they have strict building regs, nothing can be built over 3 storeys high and all have to be in white with either blue green or brown windows, door, etc. It's a lot more traditional than Tenerife. It's also worth taking a trip into the mountains, and make sure you try out La Geria vineyards!
