Mbna payment received

LETTER - 7-10-11 saying they will respond by 3-11-11

LETTER - 12-10-11 saying it may take 3 weeks before they come back to me due to a high number of complaints.

LETTER - 13-10-2011 offering me my payment back with interest plus 8%

LETTER - 25-10-2011 enclosing cheque for payment in full

so nearly three months after my initial letter to them and one letter chasing them with the threat of the FO..........SORTED

  • Many congratulations, I am over six months in with two claims against MBNA and no offer yet received although claim upheld in June!! I wish I had your magic touch!!

    ive had a good turnaround from mbna too.
    put two claims in on 13/09/11.
    already been paid on one and had the other claim upheld and now im just awaiting the cheque.
    maybe a good idea to contact them.
