watch a re-run of the welfare programme on i player and see where our hard earnt tax goes.......... oh whooops. that probably upset most of the members of this place. oh dear, never mind. ;)

i'm proud to be in the "tax avoidance" bracket.

let's not forget, corporate law was set up to line the already bulging pockets of the fat cats, so when a little bit of it shelters the average joe, then i say bring it on..... :D
NEVER ARGUE WITH AN IDIOT. THEY'LL DRAG YOU DOWN TO THEIR LEVEL AND BEAT YOU WITH EXPERIENCE.

and, please. only thank when appropriate. not to boost idiots egos.
  • i bet your child isn't giggling...

exactly! whatever access you do or don't get a good father would provide for his child financially not dodge a small £5 a week contribution on jobseekers. Pathetic.

You post is pathetic this time :o, I do not recall where the OP was saying he is trying to dodge any payment, if he is assessed at £5 per wee k then so it be, I recall before I had my MEF form, someone else's details arrived to my address, so the CSA do make mess ups, and it is only that the OP was pointing out.

As an NR father, I am quite proud to announce that I pay the absolute minimum in child maintainance I can, I have even increased my pension contributions so that I pay even LESS.

    Why?

Because my childs mother is a useless, drug taking, workshy little slag. I have no idea what the CM is being spent on.

Instead, as my CM reduces, I put the extra saved into a LTSB Young Saver so DD can have a car or university education.

    1. You still slept with her, so says little about you...!

    2. It doesn't really have anything to do with you what she spends CM on, as long as your child has clothes, food and a roof over her head that is not for you to decide...!

Congratulations, you sound like a really fine upstanding citizen. I bet your daughter is so proud of you.

Think ill post up my chuckles that the CSA has provided me and see if i can get slated as well.
They are incompetant on both sides NRP and PWC that is the whole poin of this thread. Left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. I have had similar letters you are due xx.xx amount from dd/mm/yyyy then a same letter delivered the same day you are xx.xx amont from the dame date.

Seems this forum is turning out to be the self righteous slagging posters and gets out of hand. Every persons circumstances are different.
  • OP, I appreciate you find it funny but the CSA have followed exactly the correct procedures even if they are fully aware that you're the director, they still can impose a deduction from earnings order. If you haven't actually wound up the company, the company could end up being taken to court for failure to pay a DEO. If your PWC is aware that you are a director (which she can find out for about two quid from Companies House) then she can apply for a variation on income not taken into consideration which will mean the company will have to supply its accounts and your drawings could well be classed as income, meaning the amount you owe may yet increase. If you're not wanting to end up in trouble, I would seriously suggest you take the time to notify the CSA of your recent change in circumstance otherwise the previous maintenance calculation will remain legally payable until the CSA figure out you're on benefits for themselves, which can take quite some time.
