I don't think anyone sensible has a problem when they admit it was an error, refer to the terms and conditions and don't charge/reserve funds from anyones account. It's cases like the WHSmith one where they tried to cover up and lie their way out of their screw up that annoyed people more than anything.

Pretty sure they won't honour this, not only a pricing error but it's not a pre-order item at all, it's been out since 2003. Perhaps it's something along the lines of they've just run out/stopped selling them and this page has screwed up rather than having been deleted from their systems?

Ah well, worth a go anyway. Nothing to lose.

One thing - it's not the entire collection as stated by the OP though - as there were a lot more than just 18 films made.
