Selecting Collection in person option so not to pay postage charge

I have only noticed this after I have posted the item and started to update my Ebay sold items.
My item was listed with a postage charge and also a free to collect in person option.
I sent the winner an invoice and a day or so later they paid, I could see the blue pound symbol to show that so I posted it.
On checking thay have not paid the postage just the auction finishing price.
My site preferences are set to Not Allow buyers to edit payment totals.
My question is could they still select Collection in person and then pay expecting it to be posted?
This has never happened to me before and I'm not a complete novice.

The same thing has happened to me a few times too; I assume it was/is an eBay glitch.

When I view Order Details thay have selected Collection in Person: Free, and unchecking the postage charge.
Unfortunately I can’t do anything now except rely on the honesty and integrity of the buyer to realise they should have paid the postage as stated in the listing.
I will be removing the option for collection in person in future listings. Once bitten twice shy!!

Another funny thing is, people put collection in person and then put an amount next to it lol
