Oven burning on one side

Bought an oven in November 2006 cos the old one went bang.
Its a fan assisted oven and it burns food down one side.
Can anyone suggest if this is defective or just a c**p oven?

No advice sorry but I hope someone knows the answer as I got a new one in October and I have the exact same problem.

Check the seal on the door, sounds like it might not be sealing properly.0

I think the ovens can have `hot spots' mine is the same I try to turn things around to cook evenly or if I can, I put some foil over the dish .bye hoo0

It might not be damaged, it could be that it is just not seated properly and needs a bit of adjustment.0 -
