As anyone had any problems like billing ,customer service etc
as cancel my BT Account and transfer over to Primus 6.79p cheap line rental via this website

It seems next to impossible to actually contact them-ironic for a telecoms company.No free lunch, and no free laptop

I have just signed up for Primus and found their customer service to be very good - UK call centre and seemed very reasonable. We had a problem with them charging us for caller ID when we weren't getting it - but got straight through and (hopefully) sorted it.:j0

Have you had problems Colin? And, if so, when did you last have dealings with them?
I can only speak from the experience I've had - as indeed everyone else does - and it was okay. I admit the website is a bit flakey, and I can see where it could go wrong - but actually phoning them up was okay for me.
(However, about to post a query about using 18185 with them in a separate thread, so watch this space!!):j0
