I have just received my statements from Norwich and Peterborough Building Society, I have highlighted all the charges and totalled them up. I have downloaded the second letter asking for the charges back, but how do i list the charges?
Do i have to type/write out every single charge made, date of charge and amount? It will take ages if i do. How else can this be done, without sending the statements back, otherwise it would cost me a fortune in photocopying the statements, well in fact they didnt send a copy of the statements just a copy of what their computers had on.
Thank you in advance

Hi downandlow,
Yes, you have to list the charges individually, either entered into a spreadsheet, or just typed/ handwritten. Remember to take copies of the originals before you send them off.
Cheers,
