I bought two beds for my kids last Saturday - wooden frames with 3 drawer storage underneath. They arrived yesterday and I managed to put them up by myself (single parent) but I had real problems with assembling the drawers - I couldn't screw the lock pins far enough into the drawer fronts.

So I rang the store for assistance and spoke to a very nice chap called Paul who tried to help over the phone, but of course that's very difficult so he asked me to bring the drawers into the store so he could have a look and see what the problem was.

I went in this morning and he was kind enough to offer to assemble all 6 drawers for me, whilst I went to do some shopping in the Metrocentre.

When I returned, they were all done and I'm very grateful to him for being so helpful when he really didn't have to out himself out so much.
