hi guys, i just wanted to report back with a update.
The previous letter did not work, I had to send an even sronger one! I sent a copy of all my letters again, and wrote an angry letter in capital letters threatening legal action, i sent it recorded, and it worked! they finally read my letters!
Capquest are an unorganised company who ignore there letters, i recommend anyone that finds this on search engines to send all your letters to them recorded and be firm and straight to the point.0 -

They do frequently ignore the first few, yes.
Eventually you can drill through their thick skulls and get them to pay attention.
Most important thing is to make sure they remove the default.
UNTIL they do that, no amount of "apologies" from them is good enough.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Capquest are effing useless. Anyone who has ever dealt with them knows that. After all, they deal with tiny, uncollectable and unenforceable debts like £50 here, £30 there, it's unsurprising they can't be bothered to conduct a full scale correspondence over something they would never be able to enforce if you didn't pay. Chancers.
Another in the long list of rubbish I have disposed of by ignoring them. Why does anyone treat them as though they are serious?
And perhaps they need reminding that a wrongly entered "default" is a libel, a defamation.0 -

BBC News - Aktiv Kapital default can be defamation

Because they are a DCA that will sometimes go to court.
Not for a debt like this clearly, but for some they will.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
