PPI Reclaim when the company has gone Bust

Ive been dealing with the Financial Compensation Scheme who are looking to award me compensation for PPi being sold to me. My claim was upheld by the ombudsman and the lender went into administration. This is where the FSCS comes into place. They have sent me the application form to start the ball rolling and sent it to the wrong address twice. I have now got the application form and was awaiting all my loan paperwork from them to complete the application form. They sent the original documents from the lender and these are now lost. They did not even send them recorded delivery. Is there something I can do in terms of complaint / data protection breach as original docs are floating around somewhere and I do not have them to persue my claim?

Any help would be immense
