question about crossover from IB to ESA

I am currently receiving IB i passed last time without having to go for a medical with a review date in 3 years time . The 3 years was up 2 weeks ago and i still havent received im thinking they will be ESA forms this time , is that right ? Can someone be crossed over to ESA without filling in the forms by DWP just looking at your past notes and getting in touch with your doctor ? In past years when i have had a review date i have received my forms within a day of the review date .

As I understand it, there are no new reviews of IB, they will all be migrations over to ESA.

And yes, you can be put onto ESA if they hold enough information about your illness to determine which group you should fall in.

(you can appeal this decision if it's onto the ESA work-related, not the support group.)

My IB review date was in August, and not got my ESA form yet. It was an 18 month review date too so I thought they would be in touch right away. But I have kept them informed of new problems so maybe i'm in the "normal" queue. I don't know. Last time my IB was reviewed the date was changed 3 times with no explanation!
