Van Hire

Options
Hi,

I'm moving house in 3 weeks, and wondering what the best place to look for cheap van hire is?

I live in Birmingham, and will be getting the keys on Friday 11th Nov, so ideally need a van for either the Friday or the Saturday (I assume Fri is a little cheaper??)

Thanks in advance :D

  • Enterprise would give me a large Transit for £30 a day when I checked last week. More on a Friday I remember. Weekend rates as well to reduce this further.

Do you need it for 24 hours or less, Sister used a place who did a deal because she only needed the van for a few hours.

    ajvanhire.co.uk, Great Barr based.

Please do your own checks though. My sister used them once and had no problems.

Used to be loads of small companies hiring vans out but they all seemed to have vanished over the time.

Don't forget (larger) vans have lower speed limits on non-motorway NSL roads.
