I have an amazing friend called Caroline. When I was offered my dream job and couldn't accept it because of nightmare childcare problems she stepped in and looked after my children without a second glance, and she wouldn't accept anything more than a thankyou for doing it and thanks to her I've had that dream job for five years. She's a fantastic mum, wife and friend, the type of women I am in awe of.
In April 2010 we had just returned from holiday when Caroline was rushed into hosital, she was diagnosed with a Glioblastoma Multiforme grade 4. It was devastating news for everyone who knows her, but she took it in her stride faced it and all that it threw at her. Luckily Caroline has fantastic family support with a devoted husband (Peter) and two fantastic children.
The Christie hospital in Didsbury is where Caroline has had her chemotherapy and radiotherapy and all the fantastic care of the amazing team of people there. Peter and Caroline wanted to thank them for all thier support so Pete has had a c.d. made of two of the most beautiful songs that he wrote and sings. Please take a look at the website, and if you do decide to buy the c.d it's a bargain at £5, with all the profits going to the Christie to help continue thier fantastic work. The website is www.youwillwin.org thanks for looking
