Having Trouble with Sainsburys Website

Ive just started having trouble with Sainsburys and am finding that I have to borrow my daughter's laptop in order to do my shopping. I am on XP and have no trouble whatsoever with any other website.

What happens is that when I log in and try to do anything I get the error message "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience". I then have to click either "Send Error Report" or "Don't Send" and the browser window then closes.

Has anyone any idea why it is just this website doing this? Im tempted to format the computer and reload everything just to get this working properly!
