Bought boots from Javari on the 14th Sep. Insole coming out already?

I paid £180 for a pair of Frye boots. The first pair I received had a mark on them so I called and exchanged for another pair.
Now...I've worn this pair twice, around the house to break them in a little, on both shoes the insoles are starting to come out already? I dont think this is normal or right?
I just want to know my rights since it's been over 30 days since the transaction date ...

dunno about 30 days, Im returning a pair of converse to amazon where the eyelet has failed, 8 weeks after purchase - they're paying the return - I would just contact Javari and report the problem - they're pretty good for service.0
