Nevertheless, employers can (and many do) legitimately get reimbursed by the responsible insurer after their employee has been off work following a non fault RTA.

(They don't have to sue, the legal team pursuing the claim will include it)

This doesnt ring true somehow.....


If somehow it is , dont accept their offer.
1 - some injureies dont come out immediately. (my wifes whiplash took several days).
2 - if they really are calling you to make an offer within 24 hours , they are desperate.
