Help with my savings please.

I have managed to save a sum of £1500 which is currently in a hsbc savings account - which account, isa or any other savings plan is the best for my savings? Should I just leave it where it is?? (I dont intend on touching it) I appreciate your help, ive just looked at one of those money supermarket things and got all confused!!!!
