Bailiffeadviceonline.co.uk is your best port of call. There is a nominal charge of £10.00 I think but they are worth the money. (no connection to site )I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Yes they are. They will give you good advice. Suggest you phone them first thing tomorrow.briwhite1973 wrote: »bailiffadviceonlinedotcodotuk

Do not pay them a penny until you have taken the full advice from BailiffAdviceOnline.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

There are numerous steps that the Council will have had to go through before it gets to this stage ...so why didn't you either appeal or pay it before now ??
That said this is how bailiffs operate and how they make their money ....def worth contacting bailiffadviceonline.
Make sure you lock all your doors and windows when you go out, until this is sorted , and worth hiding your car away too ! They should not clamp or tow a blue badge car but that doesn't mean they won't !!
This is why you should never let it get to this stage
