Ombudsman Service for Argos

Anybody know who the ombudsman service is for Argos? They have been appauling at handling my complaint and now they've told me there's nothing further they can do to help.

I want to take it further and don't know the correct channels. Any help would be great.

Ombudsman? They don't have one. Trading Standards should be your first port of call.

The courts as there is no ombudsman for general sale of goods disputes - unless it was financial then you coudl consider financial ombudsman.

there is also a furniture ombudsman - dunno how they work though

Speak to Herbert Kitchener he was very good at ombudsman or was that omdurman?

They've tried to supply you with a suitable fridge and cant. Get a refund and buy a fridge elsewhere.

If they cant supply you it means they havent got one, how do you expect them to give you one.

It's been said about 5 times but I will post it anyway: OP they cannot give you something they haven't got. Take the refund and go elsewhere that does next day delivery.
