Fantastic villa near Alicante Spain-sleeps 10 max

Have just returned from a fab short break in a villa in La Marina urbanisation. 6 bed upstairs with flat under that sleeps 4 max. Private pool. Perfect location for local beaches, towns and markets plus numerous restaurants, supermarkets, cafes within 5 minute walk. 20 minute drive from Alicante airport - think Murcia is about same distance. We flew Ryanair and got great bargain on flights too.
The villa is apparently available for short/longer lets all year round.
I do know the owner but still think that prices per week are so very reasonable. Week in peak time £495 I think, down to £350 for this time of year - guess prices for longer lets or hire during winter will be up for negotiation.
