check this out i was with npower and on a card meter-my choice @ the time couple years back now
so british gas lying !!!!!!! rep cold calls @ my home invited in:mad:
goes on to state what i can save with british gas:j
so sign up then now one month later i can honestly state i have deposited£225.00 into my !!!!!!! card meter:eek: worst than a slot machine @ ;east you can win on those:p
OK IM ELECTRIC ONLY AND dishwasher dryer water heater washing machinethe whole lot + CONVECTOR HEATERS GALORE WARM AS TOAST END TERRACE 2 BEDDER WITH 1 TEENAGE DAUGHTER WHO CANNOT UNDERSTAND HOW TO TURN THINGS OFF:mad:
so get in touch with british gas re: their rep being a lying !!!!!!!:rotfl:
call centre person could not believe their rep would lie i stated what were the incentives for me to go back to british gas other than incur 50% more fuel costs.;)
so after 2 feb im back to npower who are cheapest in my region for 1 day then im off to sainsburys electric.
to add insult to injury npower claim i owe them £123.00 as the meter wasnt running correctly.
ive stated my beef-i am the !!!!!!! consumer and its your responsibility to ensure card and or meter function ok so up yours im not budging on this matter.
the £123.00 started to amount about 2 years back:mad: so anyone know where i stand on this matter or whom i can complain to ombudmans etc etc.
