PS2 `no data`

The playstation2 is loading but shows `no data` on screen. Any ideas how to fix it or know anyone who could repair it. Please.

I undertook the diagnosis check but it didn`t initialise. I then removed the cover and cleaned the laser using isoprop, loaded a disc and noticed that the spindle only briefly turned. I lifted the disc and reset. The laser jiggled up and down and flashed briefly but the spindle only jolted a little. Is the problem associated with the motor? 0
