Advise Please…Getting Confused With Bursaries & Grants.

I am doing a BA in SW & there is someone on the same course as me, who has previously done a different BA degree (& graduated), now on this one. I know looking at the funding there MAY have been a possibility that she could get more Student Loans as long as the first degree was NOT an Hons one, but there was no entitlement to grants/bursaries. I believe she gets the GSCC bursary. I have also just reseearched this for another friend who has a BA & MA in another subject, and will be starting the MA in SW in October. The funding for her (as a single parent) meant that it was better for her to do the MA rather than the BA. Basically as a previous graduate, you will get very little funding if you do another BA!
