When complaining about a service or product you have received, you do need to put in writing, how you think the situation could be resolved.
In the case of the golfing 'session', you could maybe ask for a letter from the owner or manager of the centre explaining that you are entitled to 2 rounds of golf, a drink AND meal for the family, totally free of charge on your next visit. :money:
I'm sure they will want to offer you the best solution, even if it is a few freebies, because no business wants bad publicity, and they'll want you to return.
You may be disappointed if asking for a refund and they've seen that you, yourself, hadn't actually paid for the voucher itself, they may choose not to give you the refund but offer you something for free!
Best of luck anyway:money:0 -

Errr... sorry but this is wrong. You may like to get this extra stuff but there is no entitlement to it (hence the term often applied to things like this - goodwill).Thinking critically since 1996....0 -

I am quite happy to have a freebie of something else to the value of what we missed out on but do not want to go to the mini-golf again, it's not worth the 30 min drive!
Oh and I'm not saying that we we're given the voucher as DH boss had paid for it, so it would have been cheaper for him to give DH £20! Am going to amend to say as per other post, a refund or something of similar value of what we didn't receive, another round of golf and drinks. Thank you again :TSpreading a little Christmas joy all year round :santa2:0
