GAAAAHHHHHH, if they ever ever ever offer to do you a quote, say no, no matter how many discounts they offer, no matter how long they promise to hold the quote for. We onyl let them in because they promised us a no obligation quote with 50% discount held fo 18 months, we figured it would be a nice benchmark for us to go to a nice reputable company with! They're nasty, the salesmen will go for the hard sell and try to force you to buy windows or they'll verbally abuse you! The salesman we had tonight was here for two and half hours and when we reufsed to sign for very expensive windows on credit he stormed out (literally) while yelling at us for being rude!
I can't get hold of them because apparnatly they've got technical issues but I will be complaining when I get hold of them, I will not stand to be treated like this in my own home!
I can handle salesmen, I give as good as I get and I won't be pressured into signing anything without thinking time but imagine if I was some poor impressionale sod who could be intimitated by a big man shouting at them!
Anyway, I'm going to call them in the morning and make my feelings known, but they're going to pass it off as 'proactive' sales, what do I need to do when they do, who can I get to stop them using techniques like this?

I know this is an old thread but I can't disagree with you one bit!!! Horrible company, salesmen are rude, even chucked the rolled up quote at me and they were on the phone today asking if their advisor can phone me to discuss prices with them, they don't take the hint.
Go elsewhere...I haven't heard one good thing about them!
This wk alone they have phoned 3 times! You may walk and you may run
You leave your footprints all around the sun
And every time the storm and the soul wars come
You just keep on walking0 -
Too late now, but if you felt the salesman used threatening behaviour to you, this is a criminal offence, and should have reported it to the police."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0
