Morning,
I have sold a couple of things on Ebay recently, something i sold is to be returned back to me as the buyer wasnt happy with it, i agreed and everyone is happy, I have asked him to send it back tracked.
Now when it arrived to i refund in paypal or in Ebay? Also will i get my FVF back for this or is that lost? its about £10 so would rather not lose it.
Thank you.

You refund through paypal.
To get FVF you have to send a cancellation request to the buyer, who needs to accept it for the case to close & you get your fees.0 -
You must refund through the original Paypal transaction.
If the buyer agrees to a cancellation then you will receive your FVF back.0
