NPower Dual Fuel Standing Charges

Looking for a little advice from those in the know here.
I have a UK property that is empty for most of the time, currently on an NPower dual-fuel tariff that is paid by monthly direct debit.
I've just received the most recent bill and discovered that though my gas bill is 107.25, I've only actually used 2.59 of gas, the rest is standing charge.
I do get a discount for dual fuel etc but I'm still paying 50 quids worth of charges.
This seems like a serious waste of money to me, so I wonder are there any tariffs with no standing charge?
