Well I've recieved my laptop back from repair and they also left a message on my answering machine saying that they are unable to give me the previous repair sheets which means that I don't have any evidence to give to the retailer if needed. I'm planning on calling them tomorrow to discuss it once again but I don't think that this will actually get anywhere, what can I do?0

I've found the mysterious missing first repair sheet and it appears as though their support has been stuck on the job checking if I can have an extended warranty for the last month. Should I write a letter to the Lenovo UK mailing address including copies of all the repair sheets?0
