HELP!! Don't know if I'm in the right place but need advice!!

I'm a first time poster on the forum.

My husband paid the free trial price (£7.95p&p) for one of these, got all excited cos he was finally going to quit (we have a baby on the way and I went cold turkey thirteen weeks ago. He didn't realise it was fifteen days and asked if I could try ordering one cos his didn't turn up. But after using my card to order one, I saw the bottom of the screen, very well hidden I must say and am now panicking. I have sent emails from his account (it's been fifteen days :/) and mine to cancel both. He doesn't have enough money in his account to cover this and will be charged thirty quid if he goes over his overdraft limit. I know I can cancel mine as it won't have even been 24 hours since the order was placed but we are supposed to be moving in the next two weeks, needing £1100 to do that, so understandably, we cannot afford another ninety pounds on top of that. I'm exceptionally angry with him for not reading the small print, or telling me about the website for days, and I'm not too pleased with myself for letting him talk me into putting my own finances at risk.

If anyone has any advice, I don't know what else to do and the stress is making me pull my hair out!! :(

  • Thanks, I'd already checked those posts out, I'm really worried about this now as it will leave us ninety pounds out of pocket, surely if the product has not turned up, they cannot charge us for something we don't have?? I'm not an expert on these things unfortunately, I steer well clear of anything like this normally!!!

    MOVING THREADS FOR BETTER RESPONSES

Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere (please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies.
