Car Insurance. Parking at an alternative address

hi guys i wonder if someone can help with a query?

my daughter has her car insured at our home address but does temporary work some 100 miles away. when she is away she stays with friends.
the difference is quite substantial due to the change of postcode plus the car is parked on the road instead of our drive

i am aware its fraud to deliberately give false information but at what point do you have to tell the company you are not parking at home?
if its greater than 50% say?

Its fraud when she needs to make a claim and they ask why the car was parked or driven 100 miles away from the insured
address. I presume she told them about the job situation when taking out the policy or when the job situation
changed if that was after taking it out?

Ask the insurer concerned then you will find out!

Her registered address will be your house and that's where she mainly parks and gets her post delivered etc etc. You can't change the address of where you're parking every time you stay at a friends house. If it's only occasionally then I can't see there being any issue but like Raskazz said, you can always confirm it with the insurance company
