Thanks Southernscouser for letting me be No 302 but I have to leave the forum cos after taking all the advice and help offered on the boards I've managed to clear my last debt! Now don't owe anything to anyone - financially, that is. I owe a huge debt of gratitude to every MSE'er who has been so supportive, so just want to say a huge and heartfelt thank you, although that doesn't touch what I want to say, to you all.

Starting out in retirement with a clean slate might not sound much but it's a wonderful feeling. I started late but the majority of you will reach this stage much younger than I did! To everybody who's still fighting to get there, don't give up because it really is worth this feeling in the end. And you've some incredible people here to encourage you and egg you on. Good luck and very best wishes to everybody, take care n God bless :grouphug:.
