    Hi. This is my first post. I have recently quit my ostrich impression and removed my head from the sand. I got in touch with CCCS and 5 months down the line I am worse off than ever. I am really petrified and don't know what to do. I have considered an IVA but am now frankly too scared to answer the phone let alone fill out forms and try something new. I need help but feel paralysed. Anyone in the same place as me? Truely, x
